The Mustangs hosted the Wolveries of Vestaburg on Saturday night to cap off our Coaches Vs. Cancer event. It was a defensive battle in the first half, while the Mustangs held the Wolverines to only 5 field goals, and would lead at halftime 19-13. The Mustangs continued to build their lead,in a very physical game, throughout the 3rd and 4th quarters. And with a complete team defensive effort, the Mustangs would earn the hard fought victory 47-33. JT Smith led all scorers with 18 points, while pulling in 6 rebounds. Austin Pawlowski scored 7 points, had 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Keegan Ferguson also scored 7 points and had 6 rebounds. RJ Neumann scored 7 points as well. Caleb Theisen and Eder Lopez both scored 4 points.
